Who We Are

FavourCare Digital Help CIC is a community focused organisation based in Oldham, supporting adults, vulnerable individuals, and immigrants across Greater Manchester who face barriers navigating an increasingly digital world.  We provide structured digital navigation support to help people confidently access essential online services from healthcare and housing to benefits, education, and everyday communication.

As more services move online, many people feel overwhelmed, excluded, or left behind. Our mission is to bridge that gap by offering patient, practical, one‑to‑one guidance that empowers individuals to take part fully in modern life.

  • We don’t just “teach digital skills.”

    We help people solve real life problems that affect their wellbeing, independence, and safety.

    We support residents to:

    • safely use online services and apps

    • access healthcare and GP services digitally

    • recognise and avoid scams and fraud

    • reconnect with family and community

    • build confidence using phones, tablets, and computers

    • navigate essential services without fear or confusion

    We also partner with organisations to:

    • Streamline digital tasks

    • Reduce workload pressures
